Honest comparisons, no trash-talking.
1. We don't name names.
The Grand Strand is a small market, and we know and respect a lot of the people in it. Both comparisons describe types of shops, not brands.
2. Every claim about us is in writing.
"Family-owned since 1993," "authorized Hunter Douglas dealer," "30-day price hold" — every promise on these pages appears on every quote we send. Hold us to it.
3. We recommend the other guy when it fits.
If you're outside our service area, if you want Eze-Breeze sunrooms or retractable awnings (categories we don't carry), or if you've got an existing relationship with another shop that's done right by you — we'll tell you straight. We'd rather lose a quote honestly than win one we can't deliver on.
4. If anything reads wrong, call us.
