Sunset Beach is two places in one: the raised houses out on the island, and the mainland communities around the golf courses, with Sea Trail the best known of them. We cover both.
On the island, salt air and full sun are hard on anything that hangs in a window. Our poly shutters hold up even better than wood against moisture, so that is what we usually suggest for rooms right on the water. For a porch or a deck, patio shades roll down when the sun is on it and back up when you want the view.
Brunswick County used to be a drive for us from Cherry Grove. With the Ocean Isle showroom open, you can check out the samples about ten minutes from home. Building new? Bring us your punch list and we will coordinate with your builder.
