Your information stays with us.
We're a small family shop. We use what you send us to call you back and do your job. We never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, call, text, or use the chat, you give us your name, your phone number, your email if you include it, your town or neighborhood, and whatever you tell us about your project. A form also notes which page you sent it from and how you found the site, such as a search or an ad.
What we do with it
We use it to call or text you back, set up your visit, write your quote, and do the work. The only people who see it are the people at A Shade Above who need it to help you.
We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.
Text messages
If you text us, or ask us to text you, we'll text you about your project: questions, appointment times, and updates on your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to anyone else for marketing.
The chat bubble
The chat on this site is run by Podium, a messaging service we use so calls, texts and chats all reach us in one place.
Visitor counts
We may count visits to this site with a service such as Google Analytics, to see which pages are useful. Those counts don't tell us who you are.
